Halloween Horror 6 - PM Boss Guide Dawn of the Dumb Dr. Madman HP: 200 This guy is really annoying. As with most bosses, it's probably best to get rid of any monsters that can be gotten rid of quickly first (the Scary Bats in this case). Then you just keep hitting him. He'll get faster the more often you hit him and can damage you if he runs into you, so you should stay out of his way if you're not wanting to lose lots of HP. If he DOES run into you, though, he will stop for a short time, so take the chance and take a few hits! He'll also stop for a while when he runs into walls. The Mutant Crabs don't pose that much of a danger, but be careful, they can temporarily suck you towards them. Tales from the Basement Slimefang the Bugger HP: 400 Slimefang herself doesn't pose that much of a danger, but the 6 indestructible Egg Sacs constantly producing Spitters can be quite a nuiseance. Start of the fight by killing the Frostbiters in the boss room; they should not remain alive for more than a few seconds, as they can easily freeze you, making you very vulnerable to Slimefang's acid. You should try to keep the number of Spitters at 1 or 2, but don't care about them too much; Slimefang is supposed to be your main target. The best way to defeat the Bugger is to stand at the opposite side of the room and keep throwing hammers at her until she gets close enough to hit you with her acid, then switch to the other side. The Weakest Lich Min-Abok ? HP: 100 Don't get near him, run in circles and shoot him. This isn't supposed to be difficult. Min-Abok the Infector HP: 600 You should start off by getting rid of all the Spooky Ghost in the boss room. Then, if you're good at hitting small targets, try to kill the Starey bats at the top; that will make it MUCH easier to dodge Min-Abok's attacks. During the fight, you should never stay in one place for too long; running in circles will help dodge the red bullets Min-Abok shoots from his special body's tail. When fighting the demilich, always watch for his mouth; if it's open, DON'T throw any hammers at him! He will reflect them. All in all, despite his size, the infector is actually a pretty easy boss to win against. 20,000 Monsters Under the Bed Zemosan Blackblood HP: 800, 150 for each tentacle Zemosan acts just like The Thing, with a small difference: Only the tips of his tentacles can be hurt! They do have a lot less HP than The Thing's, but it's still kinda difficult to target the tips of them as they move so fast. Don't bother about hitting the 2 Mad Millenium Bugs in the boss room, you can't damage them. Just stay out of their range. Quite a simple boss fight. Temple of Shroom Mush the Shroom HP: 200 An easy fight. Stay away from him and shoot the mushrooms he launches, they will die quickly and drop items to finish Mush off more easily. Lord Hallimasch HP: 350 Hallimasch is rather unpredictable; he will either run after you and shoot exploding bullets, run around like Dr. Madman or slowly walk around and shoot lots of dangerous things at you if you hit him. Naturally, it's important to closely look at what he's doing so you don't end up causing him to fire heckloads of bullets by hitting him. Here's a trick to defeat him more quickly: The Shroomlord coming in from the upper right and upper left corners aren't just there to annoy you... You can take advantage of them to take down Lord Hallimasch easily by shooting them to fill up your rage gauge. Then, when he's not in that counter attacking mode , stand right next to him and launch the rage attack; if you do it just right, his life can go down to 1/4 or less, I think you can even kill him that way. Hide and Go EEK! Overseer Harakah HP: 400 For a vampire overseer, he's actually rather weak. He can shoot bats at you, which die automatically after some time (so don't cary too much about them!), shoot freezing bullets around (which can't hit you unless you're standing very close to him) and launch a deathray-type thing downwards (his strongest attack, but only goes into one direction). What makes this fight a bit harder are the Dark Eggsacs, which produce Spikeys, vampires that can shoot lots of cactus needles. Fortunately, in this fight, they all die in 1 hit. You should take care of them quickly. The best way to hit Harakah is to stand to the lower left or lower right of him and shoot at him diagonally; most of his attacks will miss you while you can keep hitting him. Tower of Terror Tut-Amon HP: 600 The easiest way to defeat him is to run to the left or right while sometimes turning around to shoot him. Once you get close to the turrets positioned at the left and right side of the room, just run around Tut-Amon and continue into the opposite direction. Huitzilcoatlanuh HP: 300, 600 for each of his arms Once you enter the room, you are already greeted with a "warm welcome"; he's shooting flames at you, that is. In fact, the flames seem to be everywhere. But don't panic: There are actually some places where none of the flames can go! Seek them out and hit one of Huitzilcoatlanuh's arms from there, but don't stay there forever; if one of the 2 bats (which act like Mad Millenium Bugs) get near you, run away! Still try not to run into to many flames, though. If you time it just right, you can switch the side you're standing on without getting hurt and lure the bats there before going back the safe point to hit the statue's arms. Once one of the arms is gone, hit the face; Huitzil will go down in 60 hits. You can also stand in the place where the arm was before now to hit him more easily, but watch out for the bats.
